Your favourite girls from GE News Ezine, Gerri and Eugenia, talk to you about their love of Sci Fi. If you've been a fan of Sci Fi for more years than you care to remember then this podcast will bring back some fond memories. Time and again Gerri and Eugenia dredge up shows long forgotten in the annals of time. From the ever popular Dr Who and Star Trek to the virtually unknown Space Patrol and everything in between. Geeks and Trekkies have been given a hard time for many years and the girls show you that we don't all live in our parent's basement. In fact the parallels that they draw with so-called normal people will bring a smile to your face. So sit back and be prepared to be immersed in memories from your most loved shows and shared experiences in the world of Sci Fi. Even if you are not a Sci Fi fan you should still give this podcast a chance. You might find you have more in common with us geeks than you think.

I have to say I just loved listening to both of you talk about the multitude of wonderful Sci Fi programs that have been on TV and at the Movies over the years. My first experience of Sci Fi was Star Trek The Original Series and I have followed the Star Trek Genre ever since. Some of my other favourite Sci Fi shows include Stargate, Babylon 5, Star Wars and Lost in Space to name just a few.

I also have brought my two children up to love Sci Fi and we are all on tenter hooks waiting for the new film to be released.

I have attended several conventions here in Australia, mainly in Brisbane. Although I have to say my best expreience was the 40th Anniversary of Star Trek held in Las Vegas.

Thank you again for your podcast and letting everyone know that it is absolutely ok to be female and love Sci Fi.

Looking forward to the next one. :-D

Listening to this podcast made me think about my own life and reminiscing about my first experience of Sci Fi. Both in the programs that I watched while I was growing up and conventions that I have attended. Not to mention all the wonderful people that I have met during that time.

I really enjoyed listening to G and E and I can't wait for the next one.

I had great fun listening to the podcast and writing the intro. For those of you who don't know I am Writer X. I maintain the site and write all the intros. I suppose you could call me the workhorse whilst my masters, G and E, get to have all the fun :P

Keep up the great work girls. Can't wait to hear the next one.
